Description - Onsite in Wilmington - W2
We are hiring two (2) QA - Data Validation Testers focused on executing pre-written migration scripts, validating data accuracy, and collaborating closely with the onsite lead consultant.
Scope & Responsibilities
Execute pre-written migration scripts (authored by the lead, Lakshmi) and complete data checks according to test plans
Perform record-level and aggregate data validation between Salesforce and IBS; confirm field mappings, status transitions, and business rule integrity
Log, track, and retest defects through resolution; maintain clean documentation for audit/compliance
Partner with the lead consultant and business/IT stakeholders onsite during key phases
Use basic SQL to spot-check and reconcile data as needed
Follow established QA methodologies (test case execution, defect triage, evidence capture)
Notes
This is not a heavy automation role; emphasis is on manual data validation, accuracy, and speed of execution
Early phases require more frequent onsite presence with the lead; once stable, onsite cadence may reduce slightly per project needs
Experience
~3+ years QA or data validation (banking required)
Prior work with Salesforce and IBS preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to learn quickly
Work Location & Hours
Hybrid: 4 days onsite at Wilmington, DE (Silverside office); Friday remote
Standard hours: 9am-5pm ET

Strong attention to detail validating cross-system data (field, object, and transactional consistency)
Ability to execute pre-written scripts and learn new processes fast

Understanding of API concepts (how data syncs, common failure modes)
Salesforce and IBS experience
Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills
Banking domain experience is required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
