Summary

Title: Application Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and tools
  • Build and support event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka, MQ, and Event Hub
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and SQL Server
  • Create APIs and backend services using .NET technologies
  • Perform data analysis and reporting support using Power BI
  • Develop automation solutions, including job scheduling via Autosys
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
  • Required Qualifications (Preferred Experience)
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Fenergo
  • Databricks
  • .NET (C# preferred)
  • Kafka
  • IBM MQ / Messaging systems
  • Azure Event Hub
  • Power BI
  • SQL Server (advanced querying, performance tuning)
  • Python
  • Autosys or similar scheduling tools
  • GitHub
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Event-driven architecture and distributed systems
  • Data engineering and pipeline design
  • API development and integration patterns
  • Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) or Client Onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with MBPM (Metastorm) or similar BPM tools
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Exposure to financial services or regulatory environments
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Self-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results

Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
