QA Analyst - Remote, IA

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with strong manual testing expertise to join our team.

Key Skills Required:
• 3–5 years of QA / Software Testing experience
• Strong in Manual Testing (Functional & Regression)
• Test Case Design, Test Execution & Requirement Analysis
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
• Experience with test management tools such as qTest (or similar)
• Experience in handling production issues and defect analysis
• Ability to create test data and maintain regression test suites

 Domain Requirement:
• Insurance domain experience (Annuity / Policy lifecycle preferred)
• Exposure to Policy Admin Systems like LifePRO, FAST, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Design, write, and execute test cases
• Perform functional and regression testing
• Analyze requirements and identify gaps
• Log, track, and validate defects
• Support test planning, reporting, and QA documentation
• Work closely with QA leads and project teams

Nice to Have:
• API testing using Postman
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with Annuity platforms (AnnuityNet4, Firelight, Affirm)
