Position Details: Administrative Services Assistant-Hybrid-Nashville TN Location : Nashville TN 37243 | Hybrid Project Duration : 9 months contract Pay Rate : $15- $18 on W2 Description:

The Administrative Services Assistant (ASA) will assist the CHS Credentialing Team with administrative and operational support for credentialing and re credentialing activities.

  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting medical and dental credentialing and re credentialing documentation.
  • Track credentialing submissions, deadlines, expiration dates, statuses, and required follow-up.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate provider, facility, and credentialing records and databases.
  • Coordinate collection of required information and documentation from CHS staff and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain credentialing files, correspondence, confirmation records, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with routine credentialing communications and payor updates.
  • Provide administrative support for reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and status updates.
  • Assist the Credentialing Team with special projects and other CHS credentialing-related duties as assigned.
