We're looking for a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support our Global Trade Compliance team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid experience in import/export compliance who enjoys working with data, systems, and process automation-including exploring AI tools to streamline workflows.
Core Responsibilities
Support day-to-day import and export compliance operations.
Review shipping, import, and export documentation for global shipments.
Assist with ERP Oracle / Global Trade Management (GTM) system implementation activities.
Analyze trade data and create metrics, dashboards, and compliance reports.
Help document, optimize, and automate trade compliance processes.
Respond to questions from freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Partner with cross-functional internal teams on compliance requirements.
Track regulatory updates and help research and interpret trade rules.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows using technology and AI tools.
Maintain up-to-date process documentation, workflows, and controls.
Provide support to other members of the Global Trade Compliance team as needed.
