Job Title: SAP S/4HANA SD Lead Consultant

Job Description: Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD & Service Module Lead Consultant to lead and execute end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service processes, Sales & Distribution (SD), and large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project activities including scope definition, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Lead and execute SAP S/4HANA SD and Service Module implementations across all project phases including Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Support.
Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Service processes, including:
Warranty management
In-house repair processes
Service order management
Integrate SAP Service processes with Sales & Distribution (SD) to ensure seamless order-to-cash and service lifecycle management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and recommend optimal SAP solutions.
Manage cross-functional teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, project governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with data migration, cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare support.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD with strong SAP S/4HANA Service Module implementation experience.
Strong functional expertise in:
SAP S/4HANA Service Module
Warranty management
In-house repair business processes
SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementation projects in complex business environments.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration points.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience with global SAP rollouts and support models.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Service is a plus.
