Job Title: UiPath Solution Architect (RPA Architect)

Locations: Malvern, PA - Only Locals (2nr round F2F interview)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath architecture, governance, and advanced automation capabilities, along with the ability to drive end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design and implement end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise solutions

·        Define and enforce automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworks

·        Architect scalable solutions using Reframe work, custom frameworks, and reusable components

·        Lead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design (tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers)

·        Evaluate automation feasibility and application stability, especially for dynamic web applications

·        Determine optimal automation approach (UI automation vs API vs integrations)

·        Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions

·        Implement robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms

·        Work closely with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teams

·        Provide technical leadership, including code reviews, mentoring, and design guidance

·        Contribute to automation roadmap, estimations, and risk assessments

·        Follow and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies

·        Drive adoption of advanced capabilities like UiPath IXP and Agentic Automation

Required Skills (Must-Have)

·        10+ years of experience in IT with strong RPA experience (UiPath)

·        Minimum 3+ years as UiPath Solution Architect

·        Strong hands-on experience in UiPath IXP (Intelligent Document Processing)

·        Expertise in selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential management

·        Strong experience in Python scripting for automation, data processing, or integrations

·        Deep understanding of UiPath REFramework and framework design principles

·        Experience in UiPath Orchestrator architecture and management

·        Strong experience in automation design, scalability, and performance optimization

·        Hands-on experience with exception handling and logging strategies

·        Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)

·        Experience working with JIRA for tracking and Agile delivery

Good to Have Skills

·        Experience with other RPA tools: Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism

·        Knowledge of UiPath Agentic Automation

·        Exposure to API integrations and enterprise system integrations

·        Experience in cloud-based automation deployments
