Manager Note: Client would like for someone to travel once per month (to Los Angeles, all travel expenses will be covered) but they are open to full remote.
This project is in the middle of a CIS implementation; they are not yet live. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing processes. Heavy ISU Billing functional - integration Billing Work on rate determination, schema configuration, billing cycles, and billing-related master data. Analyze issues in billing, invoicing, PRR, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and perform functional testing. Support integration with Device Management, FICA, and Customer Service modules. Prepare documentation, test scenarios, and provide go-live/post-go-live support.

• Oversee the integration of ABAP Web Services to enhance system interoperability and streamline processes.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP WebDynpro for Java facilitating the creation of user-friendly interfaces and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system requirements ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Implement Core ABAP functionalities to support complex business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance SAP solutions within the Utilities sector.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs and implementations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with the latest SAP technologies and tools.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
