Project Business Analyst

Title: Project Business Analyst-W2
Location: 2401 East 86th Street Bloomington MN 55425
Duration: 6 months/contract to Hire
2-3 days onsite as needed- flexible though some weeks are 1 day onsite
Must have Manufacturing background  

Current Priorities

• Understanding where critical business, engineering, manufacturing, and customer data resides across the organization.
• Defining ownership, access controls, and governance processes around proprietary and customer-sensitive information.
• Supporting future integration efforts following the IonQ acquisition.
• Standardizing and documenting business processes across multiple facilities and systems.
• Modernizing data, reporting, and integration capabilities across the enterprise.
• Building out Jeff''s IT organization, with significant hiring planned over the next 12 months.

Environment

• Microsoft ecosystem, SharePoint, NetSuite, Workday/Dayforce.
• Multiple manufacturing and operational systems.
• Complex engineering, manufacturing, and intellectual property landscape.
• Manufacturing experience 

Role #1-Project Business Analyst

• Support business process improvement, system modernization, and integration initiatives across client’s manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Looking for strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management experience. Manufacturing experience highly preferred, especially candidates from companies like Honeywell, Medtronic, 3M, Seagate, Boston Scientific, or similar.
