Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud architecture and solution design across ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI.
- Design integrations and data flows between Oracle and third-party systems.
- Oversee Oracle configurations, extensions, workflows, reports, and security.
- Support technical design, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
- Troubleshoot integration and performance issues and manage Oracle SRs.
- Ensure Oracle solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and architecture standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of Oracle technology and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, and FDI.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of technical design, data flows, and solution architecture.
- Experience with implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
