Summary
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years' experience with SAP Ariba Risk, GRC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Application system knowledge on Coupa Risk Assess tool (this is the tool they just migrated from)
- Extensive experience with "SAP Customer Management" tool, which is very similar to ServiceNow. If someone has used ServiceNow previously they will understand the SAP tool.
- Analytical mindset, Business Analyst and System Application Analyst background
- Prior experience as IT Support /Administrator of Coupa Risk Assess tool
They will need to be able to go in give/change access, do changes and provide modifications within CPA at an Admin level:
- They must have some familiarity 3rd party risk management framework and tools
- Someone who knows different regulations including SOX will be important for this role as well
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, maintain, and support centralized vendor CRA Portal on daily basis.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders: Business Lines, Finance, Information Security and Compliance teams, to facilitate a partnership approach to third party risk management lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure third parties are classified based on the inherent and residual risks for the products/services defined by Compliance team.
- Facilitate support for onboarding process, as needed, during the sourcing event to ensure the proper risk and due diligence when conducted.
- Manage the completion of on-going risk management activities and report on instances of non-compliance or other areas of concern from compliance and other departments.
- Oversight of third-party data integrity and inventory management within CRA tool.
- Generate key metrics, reports and vendor dashboards that document the health and stability of the vendor lifecycle trough CRA tool.
- Resource must have knowledge on: CRA Portal and TPRM /GRC frameworks.
PREFFERRED:
- Technical background in managing systems, data migration, databases creation, exploitation, Implementation or system enhancements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (is a plus)
- Create reports and key metrics
