Business Systems Analyst - SAP / Manufacturing

Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Manufacturing

Location: Bolingbrook, IL, USA [OR] Brampton, ON Canada (Choose Any 1)

Duration: DIRECT HIRE – FULL TIME

Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst who can partner directly with plant/manufacturing users, understand and configure manufacturing business processes, troubleshoot issues through the data/process level, and take true ownership from problem identification through resolution.

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Deep SAP Manufacturing experience across core manufacturing processes such as MRP/planning, BOM, routings, production/work orders, shop floor and inventory.
• Strong SAP PP experience, ideally with exposure to SAP MM and/or Product Costing.
• Hands-on BSA experience with ERP configuration, troubleshooting/root cause analysis, requirements, testing and production support.
• Strong plant-facing ownership and communication, including working directly with manufacturing users/leadership and owning issues through resolution.
• Project management skills meaning they can take a project from requirement gathering, specing , testing working with users to go live.

Nice to have (Not Mandate) : 

• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Technical/techno-functional exposure to integrations, SQL/data analysis, reporting, automation or working closely with development teams.
