QC Systems Integration Consultant GMP, LIMS & Laboratory Systems - 68271

Pay Rate: $55 -$62/hr

We have an urgent need for a QC Systems Integration Consultant in Philadelphia, PA (Onsite / Hybrid) to support a large-scale migration and consolidation program across multiple GMP-regulated QC systems in a complex laboratory environment.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation activities, including kickoff planning, integration coordination, and execution across a diverse ecosystem of laboratory instruments and software platforms. You will manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory expectations. The engagement involves working closely with QA teams to support validation activities such as IQ, OQ, and PQ, ensuring full GxP compliance and readiness for go-live. You will oversee integration across systems such as SingleLIMS, NuGenesis SDMS, Empower 3 Enterprise, SoftMax Pro GxP, and other laboratory platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, compliance, and operational efficiency across the QC landscape.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in GMP-regulated environments with deep expertise in QC systems, LIMS, and laboratory instrument integrations. A solid understanding of validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ), system implementation lifecycle, and GxP compliance is essential. Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and coordination skills are critical to successfully drive integration efforts across multiple systems and teams.
