What You'll Be Doing

Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Rust
Develop systems responsible for ingesting, processing, and distributing massive volumes of real-time market data
Optimize performance across memory allocation, concurrency, threading, and network I/O
Build and enhance distributed systems focused on reliability, scalability, and speed
Work closely with a small team of engineers on architecture and technical design decisions
Profile, benchmark, and tune systems to improve throughput and reduce latency
Contribute to the evolution of core infrastructure supporting mission-critical data platforms

What We're Looking For

Strong professional experience with Rust in production environments
Experience building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
Deep understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming
Strong systems programming background with experience optimizing performance-critical applications
Experience working with Linux-based systems
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and socket programming
Ability to analyze and improve system performance through profiling and benchmarking
