Gen AI Developer (Exp-4+Yeras)-Full time-Hybrid

We are looking for a talented GenAI Developer with 4+ years of software development experience and hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI application development.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including intelligent assistants, chatbots, document-processing solutions, and enterprise knowledge search systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-powered applications.
• Build and integrate applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Implement document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, semantic search, retrieval, and response generation.
• Design and optimize prompts for different business requirements.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and external tools.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI/Flask.
• Build AI-powered solutions such as:
  • Chatbots
  • Virtual Assistants
  • Enterprise Search
  • Document Summarization
  • Question Answering
  • Content Generation
• Develop AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows where required.
• Implement tool calling, function calling, workflow orchestration, and multi-step AI processes.
• Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, latency, hallucination, and performance.
• Optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, security, and cost.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, ML engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.

Required Technical Skills

Programming

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience developing scalable backend applications.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.

Generative AI & LLM

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with one or more LLM providers:
