- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-2 years of experience (internship experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus).
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
- A basic understanding of materials science, particularly ceramics or metals, is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tooling & Fixture Design: Use CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) to design custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling to improve production efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing Lean manufacturing principles on the production floor.
- Documentation: Create and update technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and equipment maintenance manuals.
- Prototyping: Support the R&D team in the mechanical assembly and testing of new capacitor designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve mechanical issues affecting product yield.
