Job Description:
 
We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and expense analysis.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage departmental budgets and strategic plans.
  • Prepare annual budgets, staffing projections, and cost forecasts.
  • Monitor budget expenditures and performance.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and forecasting.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Candidates must be local to Phoenix, AZ, and report on the first day to collect equipment.
 
Compensation: 
 
The hourly rate for this position is $35.68.00 per hour.   
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
