About the Opportunity
Join a growing Sales Operations function focused on maintaining accurate CRM data, enabling sales through efficient processes, and delivering actionable reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and is eager to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities and ensure continuity of core processes.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, including opportunity and pipeline accuracy.
- Provide deal support (deal processing, validations, approvals) and liaise with stakeholders.
- Run routine reporting and dashboards for sales leadership (forecasting, pipeline, etc.).
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to align processes and systems.
- Manage territory assignments, account ownership updates, and sales hierarchy maintenance.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance insights.
- Support adoption of AI-driven capabilities in Sales Operations (e.g., forecasting insights, data enrichment, process automation).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and operational support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems and maintaining data accuracy.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience applying AI or automation to business processes or reporting workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools; SAC experience preferred.
- Background supporting forecasting insights, data enrichment, and process automation.
Work Environment
- Remote role; hybrid onsite (~3 days/week) if within commuting distance of Herndon, VA.
- Weekly cadence; limited to no travel expected.
