Summary

SAP BPC
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions using SAP BPC optimized for SAP S4HANA.
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SAP BPC and S4HANA.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing input on timelines and resource allocation.
Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP BPC optimized for SAP S4HANA.
Proficient in software development methodologies and best practices.
Extensive experience in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or C#.
Solid understanding of database management systems and data modeling.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and other SAP solutions.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience in leading large scale software development projects.
15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on SAP technologies.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing software projects.
Relevant certifications in SAP BPC or related technologies are a plus.
