Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft & Azure Administrator to manage, operate, and optimize our integration platform and cloud infrastructure. The role involves handling day-to-day platform administration, deployments, monitoring, security, networking, and issue resolution across MuleSoft Anypoint and Microsoft Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub/Hybrid): environment setup, deployments, policies, monitoring, troubleshooting, runtime upgrades, certificate & secret management.
Manage Azure resources: VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, VM/AKS, Application Gateway/WAF, Azure AD/Entra ID, Key Vault, Azure Monitor & Log Analytics.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub and automate deployments, configs, and platform tasks.
Handle incident management (L2/L3), performance tuning, RCA, and ensure uptime, security compliance, and DR readiness.
Collaborate with integration, DevOps, and security teams to maintain reliable and scalable platform operations.
Required Skills
7+ years experience with MuleSoft Platform administration and Azure cloud operations.
Strong in networking, security, monitoring, certificates, troubleshooting, and logs.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Bicep), PowerShell/Bash.
Good understanding of API security, OAuth2, TLS, load balancing, and runtime performance.
Nice to Have
Experience with Runtime Fabric, Azure APIM, Splunk/ELK, and ITIL processes.
Relevant certifications (MuleSoft, Azure AZ-104/AZ-305).
