Apple's display team is searching for a candidate on the optical simulation, design, and validation of the next generation of Apple displays! This role will involve future display technology development for the best consumer products in the world. We look forward to seeing what you are capable of!
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in physics, optics, or related fields. \n\nExperience in the field of optics, physics, optical components (lens, film, thin film coating etc), image processing, machine learning, or computer science.\n\nExperience using programming languages (MATLAB, Python etc) and statistic tools (JMP etc) to solve practical engineering problems.
Strong analytical & critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nConcise & effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.\nAble to travel overseas.\nA broad engineering background encompassing display technologies, optical simulation (LightTools, Speos etc), and electric engineering.\nHands-on experience in mass production consumer electronics or display related systems.\nExperience in working closely with multi-functional teams, as well as with overseas suppliers.
