Application Support Analyst / Data Support Analyst  

Location: Fully Remote (Any U.S. Time Zone) 
Duration: Long-Term Contract  
Pay: $55 per hour + optional medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) 

Overview 

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to support critical data and application environments. This individual will be responsible for SQL-driven troubleshooting, production support, onboarding new data sources, data validation activities, and application ownership functions. The ideal candidate is technically strong with SQL and understands how data flows across enterprise systems. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide production support for business-critical applications and data environments. 

• Use SQL to investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and support ongoing operations. 

• Serve as a technical owner for assigned applications and data platforms. 

• Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems. 

• Support onboarding and integration of new data sources. 

• Manage application access requests and access review activities. 

• Perform data connection and integration-related tasks. 

• Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver solutions. 

• Communicate project status, updates, and technical information to broader organizational audiences. 

• Analyze data flows and identify impacts across interconnected systems. 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in application support, data support, or a related technical role. 

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex data issues. 

• Experience supporting databases and data-driven applications. 

• Understanding of data flow, data movement, and system integrations. 

• Experience working with production support environments. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Tableau. 

• Experience onboarding new data sources and performing data validation. 

• Familiarity with user access management and access reviews. 

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
