🚨 Now Hiring: Technical Data Analyst
📍 Location: Warren, NJ (3 Days Onsite)
🏢 Industry: Re-Insurance / P&C Insurance
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Technical Data Analyst to join a leading re-insurance organization’s Global IT Services team.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong SQL and data analysis expertise combined with deep knowledge of P&C insurance, especially policy and claims systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Review and document enterprise data assets across multiple source systems
✔ Analyze current processes and identify limitations and data gaps
✔ Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and business insights
✔ Create mapping documents and transformation rules for global reporting needs
✔ Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems
✔ Identify and document data quality issues and inconsistencies
✔ Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to support enterprise reporting initiatives
✔ Provide ad-hoc analysis and data profiling to support business decisions

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✅ 5–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the P&C Insurance industry
✅ Strong understanding of Policy & Claims Management Systems
✅ Experience in Re-insurance preferred
✅ Advanced SQL skills
✅ Hands-on experience with Python and/or R
✅ Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, MIS, or related field
🔸 Experience with enterprise data transformation and reporting standards
🔸 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment
