StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a seasoned Sr Electrical Engineer to join a premier architectural, engineering, and design services client in the San Francisco, California area. What You'll Do

• Act as the designated Engineer of Record across complex, specialized client initiatives.

• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, guiding day-to-day assignments, scheduling, and project execution.

• Mentor junior personnel and contribute to business unit technical training alongside engineering leadership.

• Oversee full life-cycle construction administration duties, handling site reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda.

• Formulate comprehensive project budgets, financial tracking, billing coordination, and client communication.

• Spearhead client contract generation, proposal development, and the establishment of rigorous design criteria.

• Collaborate across the organization by participating in specialized committee initiatives and technical review groups.

What You Bring

• Bachelor Of Science In Electrical Engineering from an accredited university

• Current PE Registration

• Minimum of 10 to 12 Years Of Experience in the MEP Engineering consulting sector

• Proven background in Project Management and team supervision

• Deep technical expertise in Critical Facilities Design, Electrical Distribution Design, MEP Design, and CAD/REVIT software applications

• Direct exposure to specialized projects across healthcare, federal, commercial, and aviation sectors
