Summary
Job Title: Senior IAM
Ft Lauderdale, FL-Hybrid
- 8+ years of enterprise IAM experience in identity architecture, provisioning design, and modernization of legacy IAM environments.
- Expertise in end-to-end identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver, Rehire, Return, Deprovisioning), including duplicate identities, employee/student affiliations, and multiple source records.
- Strong experience integrating Workday, Banner, or similar HRIS/SIS/ERP systems with IAM platforms; defining authoritative sources, attribute ownership, and identity-mapping rules.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, cross-tenant synchronization, SCIM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
- Hands-on experience with automated provisioning using APIs, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, SQL, middleware, and file-based integrations, including reconciliation, validation, approvals, retries, rollback, monitoring, and error handling.
- Experience with role/group-based access, access packages, identity governance, access reviews, privileged and service-account management, least privilege, and timely access removal.
- Ability to assess current IAM environments, troubleshoot provisioning failures, review configurations and code, create architecture diagrams and attribute mappings, define target-state designs, and deliver phased modernization roadmaps while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
