Job Title: Solution Architect – L3

Location-Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (L3) to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves leading architecture decisions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring best practices across systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for complex projects and programs
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Lead architecture design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and engineering teams
• Design integration strategies across applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business teams
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals and estimations
• Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and governance artifacts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and distributed architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Proficiency in integration patterns (APIs, middleware, messaging systems)
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and high availability design
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and application architectures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Architect, etc.)
• TOGAF or other architecture framework certification
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to enterprise integration tools and API management platforms
• Experience in domain-specific solutions (e.g., BFSI, telecom, healthcare)
