Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AWS Snowflake Architect to lead cloud data platform modernization, data lake, data warehouse, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, Snowflake data warehousing, data migration, ETL/ELT frameworks, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native data engineering solutions.



The role involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms, driving cloud transformation programs, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide data solutions. Candidate profile aligns with large-scale Healthcare, Financial Services, and Enterprise Data Modernization initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise-scale data lakes and cloud data warehouse solutions on AWS and Snowflake.

Design and build scalable ELT/ETL frameworks using Snowflake, AWS Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions.

Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premises databases and applications to AWS.

Define and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for modern data platforms.

Design CDC-based data integration solutions using AWS DMS, Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.

Establish data governance, security controls, role-based access management, and compliance standards.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation for data platform deployments.

Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, compute utilization, and cloud infrastructure costs.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore and offshore teams.
