.NET Application Developer
The Woodlands, TX | Ongoing | ~50% Remote

This role is for a .NET developer who likes being close to the work and close to the business. You ll be maintaining and improving Azure-based applications and key off-the-shelf systems that teams rely on every day, while also getting pulled into new projects, enhancements, and the occasional we need help now situation.

You won t be stuck in a silo. When something breaks, you ll dig in, figure out why it happened, talk it through with the team, and help decide the best path forward. When something needs to be improved, you ll help gather requirements, think through options, and make it better. Curiosity and ownership matter here more than rigid process.

You should be comfortable working in Azure and modern .NET environments, and confident enough to jump in independently while still collaborating with others. This team moves quickly, priorities can shift, and being adaptable is part of the job not a surprise.

Must-haves

• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments

• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 8.x (Web Forms and Web APIs)

• Blazor and NodeJS experience

• Azure Service Bus

• Experience working with releases and CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform

• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and doing real root-cause analysis

• Able to work independently and stay hands-on

• Around 1-2 years of relevant experience

Nice to have

• SQL or relational database experience

• Familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC)

• Experience consuming APIs

• SharePoint Online

• Power Apps or Power Automate
