Job Title: Rust Developer

Location: Remote

Interview Process: coding interview with 2 rounds of client interview

We are looking for a Rust Developer with strong hands-on experience in building high-performance, secure, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with Rust programming, systems-level development, and distributed applications in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

6+ years of software development experience with 2+ years of Rust development
Strong proficiency in Rust, ownership model, concurrency, and memory management
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is preferred
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Rust
Build scalable backend services and APIs
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support
