Experience ingesting and processing high-frequency telematics or IoT sensor streams into a cloud data warehouse
Ability to handle real-time or near-real-time data ingestion patterns (Kafka, Snowpipe Streaming, or equivalent)
Familiarity with vehicle or equipment telemetry data structures (GPS, diagnostics, sensor events) - forklift/material handling context is a plus
Working knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS) fundamentals - State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), cell voltage, temperature, and fault diagnostics
Familiarity with battery sensor data signals (voltage, current, temperature, SOC/SOH) and how they are captured and transmitted from hardware to cloud
Experience decoding and working with CAN bus or similar automotive/industrial sensor communication protocols (DBC files, signal packing, message interpretation)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake data engineering including Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Snowpark, and dynamic tables
Proficiency in building and optimizing ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured (JSON/Variant) sensor data
Experience with Snowflake Cortex for AI/ML-enabled analytics, including LLM functions, anomaly detection, and model inference on sensor data
Strong SQL and Python (Snowpark preferred) for transformations, UDFs, and stored procedures
Proficiency with Azure (preferred) including Azure Data Lake Storage, Event Hub, or IoT Hub as upstream data sources
