Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Manufacturing, Variant Configuration (VC), Bill of Processes (BOP), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP PP implementations and supporting complex manufacturing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP PP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and design scalable manufacturing solutions.
Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
- MRP
- Demand Management
- Capacity Planning
- Production Orders
- Shop Floor Control
Design and implement SAP Variant Configuration (VC):
- Characteristics
- Classes
- Dependencies
- Configuration Profiles
- Super BOMs
- Super Routings
Drive solutions for CTO, ETO, MTO, and complex manufacturing scenarios.
Manage and support Bill of Processes (BOP) and manufacturing execution processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize production planning and manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with SAP SD, MM, QM, PM, and EWM teams for end-to-end process integration.
Prepare functional specifications, support testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
