Manual QA Analyst – Integration & Validation Testing

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support software validation efforts throughout the integration testing lifecycle. This role will be responsible for executing and documenting manual testing activities across Component Integration Testing (CIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness processes. The position requires close collaboration with development and business teams to ensure application quality, requirement traceability, and production readiness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute and document manual CIT and SIT testing activities prior to UAT deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts.
• Ensure complete requirements coverage through traceability matrices and validation documentation.
• Validate application functionality through manual testing in support of continuous integration and release cycles.
• Prepare and maintain test environments, test data, and workflow-based account setups required for testing activities.
• Identify, log, prioritize, track, and retest software defects through resolution.
• Perform Regression Testing to validate existing functionality after system changes.
• Conduct Security Testing to verify user access, permissions, and profile-based controls.
• Execute Compatibility Testing across multiple environments, interfaces, and platforms.
• Support Data Conversion Testing, Stress Testing, and implementation readiness activities.
• Assist with CMS-related UAT reporting, testing evidence, approvals, and audit documentation.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and test strategy discussions.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Manual Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience.
• Strong background in manual test planning, test case development, test script execution, and defect management.
• Experience supporting Integration Testing (CIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, Security Testing, Compatibility Testing, Data Conversion Testing, and UAT support.
• Knowledge of test environment management, requirements traceability, and software development lifecycles.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
