Role Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Lead / Delivery Architect / Technical Team Lead to drive the design, configuration, customization, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions and related integrations. This role provides technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle and ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality solution delivery aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- Guide configuration, extensions, and customizations within F&O
- Oversee integrations between F&O, CRM, and enterprise systems
- Define solution patterns and extensibility approaches
- Lead Agile/Scrum development teams and technical delivery efforts
- Support backlog refinement, estimation, and release readiness
- Enforce coding standards, source control, and code reviews
- Ensure quality practices including testing, logging, monitoring, and documentation
- Provide technical guidance to developers and team members
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, QA, and stakeholders
- Support audits and technical compliance reviews
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Solution architecture and technical leadership background
- Experience with enterprise integrations (F&O + CRM + other systems)
- Agile/Scrum and SDLC delivery leadership
- Code quality, governance, and development best practices
- Performance, scalability, and security design knowledge
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
