Description

We need a talented Go Services developer who can lead backend development using Go for high-performance healthcare microservices, ensuring scalability, security, and FHIR compliance for medical data processing. If this is you, read on.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of backend development experience with 4+ years in Go programming
  • Deep expertise in micro services architecture and distributed systems
  • Experience with healthcare applications and FHIR/HL7 standards implementation
  • Strong background in database design, PostgreSQL, and healthcare data modeling
  • Knowledge of API design, RESTful services, and healthcare interoperability
  • Experience with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes orchestration
  • Understanding of healthcare security and regulatory compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead Go development team and establish backend development best practices
  • Architect micro services architecture for healthcare data processing and management
  • Implement FHIR R4 server capabilities and healthcare interoperability standards
  • Develop high-performance APIs for mobile and web application integration
  • Ensure backend security compliance with HIPAA and military healthcare requirements
  • Lead database design and optimization for PostgreSQL and healthcare data models
  • Implement real-time processing capabilities with Apache Kafka integration
  • Coordinate with DevOps team for containerization and Kubernetes deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HAPI FHIR server implementation and healthcare interoperability
  • Background in medical informatics and clinical data management
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka and real-time healthcare data processing
  • Experience with healthcare AI/ML integration and medical NLP
