Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum processes, support high-performing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.
This role requires strong Agile leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across business and technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering Salesforce solutions
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint performance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders and delivery teams
• Support release planning and roadmap execution
• Promote transparency, accountability, and team ownership
• Assist with Agile maturity and process optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments
• Experience working with Salesforce platform implementations or teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to support distributed and remote teams
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
• Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
