Product Manager — Financial Data Products & Commercialization
The Contract Product Manager will help transform one of the largest workforce datasets in the world into scalable, market-ready data products. With data on more than 30 million U.S. workers, our organization is uniquely positioned to develop differentiated products that create value for financial markets, businesses, and strategic partners. This role will play a key part in operationalizing product strategy, validating new opportunities, and bringing innovative data offerings to market.
- Are you passionate about transforming proprietary data into scalable commercial financial products?
- Do you enjoy working across strategy, analytics, product management, and data science?
- Are you excited by identifying new applications for data and bringing them to market — from workforce intelligence and business insights to validated market signals?
- Are you energized by taking ideas from concept and validation through launch?
If so, this may be the role for you. In this role, you will:
- Lead the operationalization of new data-driven products, including analytics, financial and macroeconomic indices, and other commercial solutions
- Translate strategic opportunities into clearly defined product requirements, methodologies, and execution plans
- Partner with strategy, product, engineering, economists, and data science teams to bring new offerings to market
- Support product validation through back testing, use case validation, performance analysis, and market feedback
- Define product packaging, delivery models, governance, and operational processes
- Evaluate and prioritize new use cases for proprietary workforce data across financial markets and adjacent industries
- Establish scalable production, quality assurance, and product management processes
- Help shape the roadmap for a growing portfolio of data and analytics offerings
No two days are the same. One day you may be evaluating the viability of a workforce-based market signal. Another day, you may be working with economists, data scientists, and engineers to operationalize a new dataset or analytics product. You will help bridge strategy and execution — turning ideas into products that customers can adopt and value.
This role provides broad exposure across our data commercialization efforts while also offering the opportunity to build and launch innovative products from the ground up.
