    • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including data stewards, IT teams, compliance officers, and business users.
    • Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure data governance solutions.
    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing enhancements.

  • Data Product Enablement
    • Lead team of Data Product Coaches that will coach Business Data Product Managers in live delivery, not classroom theory.
    • Establish and mature best practices for the development of Data Products.
    • Reinforce product mindset, fail-fast execution, and iterative delivery.
    • Guide and mature the application of the Data Product Framework: data contracts, consumer alignment, and reuse patterns.
    • Unblock delivery decisions in real time, in partnership with Technology and Data.

  • Governance
    • Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to iterate and improve features.
    • Stay up to date with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ensure product compliance.
    • Advocate for data governance best practices internally and externally.
    • Develop training materials and support documentation to enable customer success.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with data governance, data management, or enterprise software tools.
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in databases, data architectures, cloud platforms, and API integrations.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data cataloging, data lineage, and data quality concepts.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries or with compliance-driven products is a plus.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Securiti.ai, Anomalo, Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Talend, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Databricks, Oracle, SQL.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Scrum, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The expected base salary ranges from $165k-$200k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
