Job Title: Cloud Data Architect - Core Applications (EMB)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Data Architect to lead the migration of EMB Core Applications from on-premises infrastructure to cloud. The role focuses on cloud data architecture, ETL framework design, shared services, and security assessment for core platforms including Enrollment, Payments, and Workflow Engine.
Key Responsibilities
Define cloud data architecture approach and design patterns for migrating core on-prem applications to cloud infrastructure
Perform a detailed design assessment of existing core application components
Map and document the target state architecture for compute and data layers
Design and develop an ETL framework for data ingestion, specifically for enrollment data migration to the cloud
Design shared services components for the Core EBS Platform, supporting,Enrollment ,Payments,Workflow Engine
Conduct security assessment of current enrollment datasets
Define metadata management, data lineage, and governance for the target state cloud architecture
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Cloud Data Architecture (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Hands-on experience migrating on-prem applications to cloud
Expertise in ETL / data ingestion frameworks
Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata, and lineage
Experience designing shared services and enterprise platforms
Knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection best practices
Ability to create architecture diagrams, design documents, and assessments
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
