Salesforce Administrator with experience in managing and configuring Salesforce CRM, including user setup, security, workflows, and reports.

Hands-on experience integrating and supporting IVR systems with Salesforce for call routing, screen pops, and case creation.

Strong understanding of call center processes, CTI, and data synchronization.

Responsible for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting business users.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
