Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a healthcare insurance organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills, experience creating executive-level Steering Committee decks, strong spreadsheet and reporting capabilities, and the ability to transform complex data into visually compelling presentations, dashboards, and graphics.

This role will serve as a trusted partner to executives by coordinating meetings, preparing leadership communications, tracking strategic initiatives, and producing professional executive reporting materials.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and enhance executive-level PowerPoint presentations, Steering Committee decks, and Board-ready materials.
  • Develop visually engaging dashboards, infographics, charts, and graphics to communicate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources to create executive summaries and leadership reports.
  • Design and maintain metrics tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and trend analysis.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports, KPIs, and operational scorecards.
  • Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, leadership reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination and status tracking across multiple business initiatives.
  • Work closely with business, operations, IT, and PMO teams to gather information for executive communications.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all executive-facing documents.
  • Support ad hoc reporting, executive requests, and special projects.
