Work Model:
- On-Site
- Third Shift, 11:30PM - 7:30AM
- Monday - Friday (ability to work every other weekend and alternating holidays)
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and monitor job input, execution, and output backup systems and applications across all platforms
- Collaborate with development staff to resolve system errors
- Monitor network, applications, and database environment through the use of automated software packages
- Communicate with technical development and database staff to resolve or escalate problem situations
- Complete special processing when requested and run systems maintenance jobs for technical staff
- Oversee input, execution, and output of print operations
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- 1+ years of information technology experience or education
- Experience with automated job scheduling tools and large data centers with multiple platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication, reliability, and documentation skills
