Job Description:
• The candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility for project assignments.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and work breakdown structures responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through the duration of the project.
• Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products.
• Write a contract scope of deliverables.
• Follows process and standards updates and creation.
• Project Support Activities (i.e., risks, issues, and action item management; meeting scheduling, facilitating, and meeting minutes; communications (end user, broadcasts, and IT notifications); and monitoring and reporting on project KPIs).
• Looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience; has demonstrated problem-solving skills, including identification of issues, obstacles, and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions; and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• Enterprise Network Implementation Management — experience leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning.
• WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination — skilled in WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and circuit readiness.
• Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization — experience supporting Cisco switching environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh initiatives.
• Network Cutover and Migration Planning — ability to manage enterprise cutover planning, traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities.
• Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects — experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
