Java Backend developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Spring Boot, REST API development, and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for enterprise platforms.

• Build secure, scalable, and versioned REST APIs using Spring MVC and/or WebFlux.

• Implement resilience patterns such as circuit breakers, retries, and rate limiting.

• Work with API gateways to manage and secure service communication.

• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes environments.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.

• Ensure application security, observability, logging, and monitoring.

• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with DevOps, product, and operations teams to ensure system stability and scalability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java and Advanced Java concepts.

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and/or Spring WebFlux.

• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).

• Understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Nice to Have

• Experience with reactive programming.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Familiarity with API gateways (Kong, Apigee, etc.).

• Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability best practices.
