The Ventura Group is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to serve as key personnel supporting a high-visibility Federal Government program.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing a team of 29 technical staff providing help desk support, systems administration, configuration management, asset management, Audio Video support, and security support to the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA).
The PM will be responsible for:
· Coordinating all teams tasks and deliverables.
· Ensuring all service levels and performance requirements are met.
· Managing client expectations and quickly resolving any issues.
· Monitoring and managing project risks.
· Coordinating the timely and proficient support through acquisition assistance, configuration, installation, operations, maintenance, sustainment, and ensuring that security procedures are implemented and enforced for all functions.
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience with two or more core infrastructure technologies (computer, network, database, etc.).
· Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization.
· Strong leadership skills - Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver.
· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic development environment inspiring, influencing and encouraging others
· Strong facilitation skills.
· Ability to translate technical ideas into business laymans terms to explain to leadership.
· Ability to multi-task in a very fast- paced environment, between multiple projects.
· Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities and independently take ownership.”
· Responsible to ensure appropriate processes, data quality, and systems delivery.
· 5-10 years of IT project management experience.
Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent from an Accredited College/University.
Computer Skills: Proficient with Windows OS, Remedy/Salesforce, Office 365, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Travel: Up to 15% CONUS.
Certifications & Licenses: PMP Certification
Clearance Level: Active Top Secret, TS/SCI eligible
