Install, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling to ensure dependable connectivity across multiple operational areas.
Maintain current network diagrams, asset records, and infrastructure documentation to support visibility, planning, and issue resolution.
Deliver infrastructure initiatives such as hardware lifecycle replacements and network enhancement projects, meeting defined deadlines and project milestones.
Provide desktop imaging, operating system deployment, and technical support for workstations and mobile devices used across multiple sites.

Requirements

At least 5 years of IT experience, including substantial hands-on responsibility in virtualization and network support environments.
Demonstrated ability to administer VMware vSphere or ESXi and independently diagnose host and virtual machine issues.
Experience with enterprise backup platforms such as Veeam, including validation of backups and execution of successful restore activities.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing fundamentals, managed switches, enterprise wireless, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Proficiency with Windows Server 2019 or later, Active Directory, Group Policy, and physical server hardware support.
Ability to read, update, and create technical diagrams, with practical experience in structured cabling for infrastructure environments.
Experience supporting desktop imaging, OS deployment, and endpoint devices across more than one location.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
