Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support regulatory risk and front-office credit technology initiatives within our Credit Desk Technology division. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience and involves close collaboration with traders, technology, and risk stakeholders to define requirements, validate data, and support solution delivery across regulatory risk initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Support business analysis activities across regulatory risk initiatives
- Work closely with business traders, technology, and risk stakeholders to align objectives and requirements
- Define requirements, validate data, and support solution delivery
- Contribute to testing, issue tracking, and implementation activities
Required Qualifications - Master's degree in Finance, Quantitative discipline, or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in regulatory or credit technology domains
- Strong understanding of FRTB with focus on Standardized Approach (SA)
- Familiarity with CRM-IRC, VaR / SVaR, Issuer Default Loss, and CCAR stress testing basics
- Knowledge of Credit Front Office desk products, including bonds and credit derivatives
- Strong data analysis and data validation skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Basic Python knowledge with ability to read and modify existing code and scripts as needed
Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to IMA regulatory frameworks
- Prior experience with large regulatory or risk change programs
- Strong project management and delivery coordination experience
Location & Work Mode This position is based in New York, United States, and offers a flexible hybrid work model. You will work from the office 2 times per week while enjoying remote work flexibility for the remainder of your time.
