Hiring: Lead Azure Architect – Healthcare Cloud Migration (Hands-On)

Seeking a senior Azure Architect to lead end-to-end migration of ~200 servers from Rackspace to Microsoft Azure in a live HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment.
 Design Azure Landing Zone (governance, RBAC, policies, VNet architecture, segmentation)
 Implement Zero Trust security model
 Architect HA/DR strategy (RPO/RTO, failover, resiliency)
 Analyze healthcare app dependencies, including Epic integrations
 Define migration waves & lead hands-on onsite execution
 Implement monitoring, backup, and security tooling
 Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred
Proven large-scale Azure migrations (150+ servers)
Strong Azure networking, identity, security & compliance expertise
 Healthcare IT experience required-
