Are you a seasoned Security Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact on a collaborative, close-knit team? We're working with a regional healthcare organization committed to innovation in community health, who's looking to expand their security team. This role will serve as the technical right hand to the Security Manager, helping drive the growth and maturity of the security program. This is a full-time, direct hire, hybrid opportunity to the Greater Philadelphia area.

This is a hands-on role for someone with at least 5 years of security experience and a strong infrastructure background, stepping in as the go-to technical resource for tuning tools, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic decisions. You'll be the most senior technical member of the team, leading efforts across core blue team functions including SIEM/SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, and Threat Detection. Their environment is Microsoft-heavy, with a strong emphasis on Azure, especially across hybrid and cloud environments, and while automation isn't a core requirement, it's highly preferred skill which will give you a leg up in this position. They have a great team culture, supportive and mission-driven, with flexible hybrid work. Their in-office requirements involves an average of one in-office day per month after onboarding and can be based out of any of the organization's local locations. Experience across regulated environments and healthcare is a huge plus.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security
  • Experience with Microsoft tools and Azure environments
  • Strong infrastructure security background (endpoint, network, systems)
  • Familiarity with security automation and scripting
