Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team onsite in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and delivering engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience requirements

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows

• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems

• Improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in UI/UX design

• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end basics (preferred)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience designing enterprise applications

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
