Summary

Position: OFS Consultant
Location: Remote- Travel
Duration: Long Term Contract on W2

Description:
As a OFS Consultant, you will be responsible for innovating and designing function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators to meet business process and function requirements.
You will work closely with business process owners to create process blueprints and establish business process requirements that drive efficiency.
Your role includes assisting in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are fulfilled, as well as educating stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the designs.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Financial Services is required.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle Utilities is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design, Functional Designs, Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA), and Oracle Financials is suggested.
Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business function designs with organizational goals and technology capabilities.
Provide expert guidance on integrating business process improvements with existing systems and workflows.
Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions that support scalable growth and adaptability.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with a clear understanding of process designs and their impact
